Ferrari CZ26 revealed as a bespoke SF90 Stradale-inspired one-off
Ferrari has unveiled the CZ26, a bespoke one-off built through its Special Projects programme for a US client, transforming the technical foundations of the SF90 Stradale into a distinctly individual supersport berlinetta.
Created by the Ferrari Design Studio under Flavio Manzoni, the CZ26 takes a markedly horizontal approach to its proportions. Rather than following a conventional supercar shape, the design centres on a compact, capsule-like body that sits between four pronounced wheel arches, giving the car a planted appearance.
At the front, a full-width grille incorporates slim lighting units, brake cooling openings, sensors and other technical components. A pronounced vertical leading edge gives the nose a particularly assertive character, while the rear mirrors the front with a sharply truncated tail and cantilevered lights. A broad diffuser reinforces the car’s low, wide stance.
Ferrari says the design draws inspiration from Italian industrial design of the 1970s, but applies those principles through contemporary materials and aerodynamic thinking. Functional components, including the cooling intakes, carbon-fibre wheel-arch extensions and diffuser, have been integrated into the main body surfaces rather than treated as separate visual elements.
The exterior is finished in Argento Veloce, a liquid-effect silver, with Rosso Lampante accents and pigmented carbon fibre providing contrast. Bespoke wheels combine gloss black paint with a shot-peened finish, while natural titanium exhaust outlets underline the car’s performance-focused character.
Inside, the same design language continues through black technical fabric, satin and gloss carbon fibre, body-coloured trim and red detailing. Bespoke 3D-printed seat inserts and an embroidered CZ26 logo add further evidence of the project’s personalised nature.
The engineering beneath the design is equally significant. Ferrari retained the SF90 Stradale’s technical specification while extensively reworking the car’s aerodynamic package. The cooling system, underbody and vortex generators were redesigned, while front air curtains help manage airflow around the wheels.
At the rear, a large upper spoiler and dedicated diffuser have been developed to increase downforce without sacrificing aerodynamic efficiency. The engine cover also gains dedicated ventilation to improve heat management.
