Cruise showcase returns to Twickenham stadium

Next month Allianz Stadium in Twickenham will host the return of Sailawaze Live, a two-day immersive cruise exhibition bringing major international operators into south-west London.

The event, taking place on 21 and 22 March, will transform the rugby ground into what organisers describe as the UK’s only immersive cruise show. Cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Crystal and P&O Cruises are scheduled to attend, offering visitors direct access to representatives and on-site booking offers.

Running from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday, the exhibition combines sales presentations with interactive features. Live cooking demonstrations, beer sommelier sessions and industry talks are planned across the weekend, alongside competitions with prizes valued in the thousands of pounds. Complimentary parking will be available in the West and North car parks.

The show coincides with Family Traveller Live, allowing Sailawaze ticket holders entry to a programme of outdoor attractions set up within the stadium grounds. These include a multi-axis astronaut trainer, a pitch-crossing zipline, roof-climbing experiences and mini golf.

Organisers say the initiative is intended to give prospective passengers a sense of shipboard life without leaving the capital, at a time when cruise demand continues to recover following industry disruption earlier in the decade.

A limited-time ticket offer is being promoted ahead of the event, with advance booking available online.
