Team GB Shines at Paris 2024 Olympics with 17 Medals and Counting

Team GB has kicked off the Paris 2024 Olympics with a remarkable start, racking up an impressive 17 medals so far. The latest additions to the medal tally came on Wednesday, thanks to stellar performances from Alex Yee in the men’s triathlon, and the dynamic rowing quartet of Lauren Henry, Hannah Scott, Lola Anderson, and Georgie Brayshaw in the women’s quad sculls. These victories have boosted Team GB’s haul to six gold medals.

The medal rush began with the diving duo Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen, who clinched bronze in the women’s 3m synchronised springboard.
