Noha Chentouf elected as RBKC’s new Youth Mayor

Kensington & Chelsea has welcomed a new Youth Mayor, Noha Chentouf, following an election that saw 1,380 young residents casting their votes at pop-up polling stations across local schools and colleges. Expressing her gratitude, Chentouf stated, “Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me. I’m so grateful to have been given this role.” Her election marks a continued emphasis on empowering young voices within the borough’s governance.

Councillor Sarah Addenbrooke, the lead member for communities, remarked, “Being part of a Youth Council is one of the best ways for young people to build their confidence, voice their views, and be involved in the community.
