Hot Wheels and Ferrari launch new 1:64 scale model collection

Hot Wheels and Ferrari have reignited their partnership, much to the delight of enthusiasts and collectors alike. This renewed collaboration introduces a series of meticulously crafted 1:64 scale models that pay homage to Ferrari’s illustrious history.

The centrepiece of this revival is the Hot Wheels Ferrari Heritage Set, featuring two iconic models: the Ferrari 312 P and the Ferrari 499P Modificata. The 312 P is a nod to the first Ferrari model produced by Hot Wheels in 1969, capturing the essence of the original with remarkable detail. The 499P Modificata, on the other hand, is a tribute to Ferrari’s modern endurance racer, reflecting the brand’s continued excellence on the track. This limited-edition set is available for pre-order exclusively through Mattel Creations.

In addition to the heritage set, Hot Wheels is expanding its Ferrari lineup with several notable releases. Among them is the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, reimagined as a 1:64 scale remote-controlled car compatible with existing Hot Wheels track sets. This model offers full-function controls, allowing fans to experience the thrill of piloting one of Ferrari’s most advanced road cars in miniature form.

Other upcoming releases include the Ferrari F40 Competizione, celebrated for its racing pedigree, and the 365 GTB4 Competizione, renowned for its successes at the 24 Hours of Daytona and Le Mans. These models are set to hit retailers in the coming months, with prices starting from approximately £1.25, making them accessible additions to any collection.

This partnership between Hot Wheels and Ferrari not only rekindles a historic collaboration but also offers UK collectors and enthusiasts an opportunity to own a piece of automotive history. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or new to the world of die-cast models, this collection promises something special for everyone.
