The Third Positive Psychology Summit:UK will be held on 26th and 27th June 2025 at ETC Venues, County Hall, London.

This is an amazing venue, which is fully accessible and easy to reach via public transport. Arrive each day to a beautiful breakfast to start the day well, with dietary requirements, of course, being catered for! Sharing a meal together is a great way to connect and build relationships, so we also have a lovely lunch each day, and snacks provided for morning and afternoon breaks.

Sarah Monk – The Role of Positive Psychology in Moving from Eco Anxiety to Eco Action
This workshop encourages participants to reflect on the climate crisis from both a personal and professional perspective. Through didactic presentation, experiential exercises, and group work, it will explore the 9A model of moving from eco anxiety to eco action, developed from the Active Hope Model (Macy & Johnstone, 2022), plus evidence-based concepts and techniques from ACT and Positive Psychology.

Sarah Creevey – Yay for Play! Harnessing the Power of Playfulness for Positive Change
This experiential workshop explores playfulness as an agent for positive change and offers practitioners a framework to develop playful practice both personally and professionally. Participants will gain a new appreciation for this very human quality and a deeper understanding of how to build it into wellbeing practices.

Sam James – Taking Stock of and Strengthening Your Wellbeing
This session enables participants to experience a creative, interactive application of an evidence-based wellbeing framework, helping them take stock of their own wellbeing. Through self-reflection and practical tools, participants will create a personalised plan to boost a chosen area of wellbeing.

Abi Boughton-Thomas and Janine Waldman – What’s So Super About Solution Focused Supervision?
Explore the natural alignment between Positive Psychology and Solution Focused practice. This session invites you to play with Solution Focused coaching supervision tools and techniques and consider how to integrate practical, strengths-based methods into your own work.

Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee – Positive Psychology for Carers/Healthcare Professionals: Cultivating Self-Compassion, Self-Reflection, and Self-Awareness
This two-hour interactive workshop equips carers and healthcare professionals with tools to enhance resilience, manage stress, and foster wellbeing. Through self-compassion, reflection, and awareness, participants will build skills to navigate challenges, avoid burnout, and strengthen growth both personally and professionally.

Emma Coller – From Theory to Thriving: Implementing Positive Psychology in Business and Job Crafting
In this 90-minute workshop, Emma provides a practical roadmap for professionals building careers grounded in Positive Psychology, then dives into job crafting as a transformative alternative to traditional performance development. Through experiential exercises and real-world examples, participants will gain an approach that can be applied immediately—from coaching conversations to wider organisational culture.
