Alexandra Palace Forest School brings spooktacular adventures
This half term, from 29th until 31st October, the Alexandra Palace Forest School invites children aged 7-11 to immerse themselves in a world of autumnal fun and adventure. With a lineup of engaging activities, including den building, tree climbing, and mud kitchens, the event promises a week filled with laughter and discovery.
At the Forest School, every day is designed to foster a love for the outdoors while enhancing essential life skills. Participants will have the chance to develop confidence, self-esteem, and independence through hands-on experiences in nature. Children will return home not just with mud on their clothes, but also with a sense of achievement and a treasure trove of stories about their imaginative creations.
The friendly staff at the Forest School are committed to ensuring that each day is action-packed and memorable. From thrilling tree climbs to creative mud kitchen concoctions, kids will enjoy an environment where exploration and creativity are at the forefront. The Halloween theme adds an extra layer of excitement, encouraging children to get into the spirit of the season while enjoying nature.
Daily sessions run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with an hour set aside for lunch and opportunities for playground visits based on age. Parents are reminded to pack a lunch for their children and to arrive promptly by 9:50 a.m. to ensure a timely start to the day’s activities.
