Richmond libraries operating offline temporarily
From Tuesday, 28th May to Friday, 2nd June, a large-scale IT system upgrade will take place to improve its library services. During this time, all Richmond libraries will remain open but will operate offline.
However, book issues and returns, new members joining, public computer services and eLibrary access will still be available.
The services that will be temporarily unavailable are:
Library catalogue for searching
Printing from the public computers
Sales of garden waste bags and other items
SELMS reservations
Stock suggestions
New book orders
