The program allows prisoners to be released after serving 40% of their sentence, a reduction from the previous 50%. Although the initiative has freed up space, it has also faced challenges. For example, 37 inmates were mistakenly released due to administrative errors. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) confirmed that these mistakes have been resolved.
