Chelsea Residences to be built in Dubai
Dubai’s latest skyscraper is set to be Chelsea Residences, built in collaboration with the Premier League club. Chelsea has partnered with developer Damac Properties to built a football-inspired skyscraper, complete with a football pitch on the roof!
Hailed by the developers as the Emirates’ first football-branded residence, this will be in the Maritime City port area, consisting of six towers each rising to 130m high. They will host a total of 1,400 luxury apartments, between one-and-three bedrooms, and boast floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views. The interior design will be “inspired by London’s cool elegance and Dubai’s modern vitality,” according to the developers.
“Chelsea Residences also offers thoughtfully crafted health and fitness experiences rarely seen in residential developments,” says Damac’s press release. “These include a cryotherapy center, forest relaxation pods, a Kneipp parkour therapy path, and a starlit wellness center. The project also features an infinity pool, aerial yoga studio, Chelsea Sports Bar, and even a powerhouse lounge – a resort-style mancave with live football screenings, boxing, darts and more. Dining takes a wellness-first and experience-rich approach.”
The club’s branding will be prominently throughout Chelsea Residences, and there will also be events, exclusive to residents, hosted by legends of the club, likely to include former players and managers.
Prices for an apartment at Chelsea Residences are tipped to start at AED 2.17M or around £445,000.
