Careers programme launched by Bentley
Bentley Motors is opening 150 career opportunities for its early careers programme for 2025, with applications now open for Graduates and Industrial Placements at bentleycareers.com. Apprentice positions will become available from February next year.
A significant portion of the roles—over a quarter—are dedicated to Bentley’s product development division, reflecting the company’s commitment to transitioning towards sustainable luxury mobility. The luxury carmaker is actively seeking bright and talented individuals to support this transformation, with additional positions in areas such as Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Communications. All roles will begin in Autumn 2024.
Bentley has already welcomed its 2024 intake to the Crewe factory, where the new recruits have begun their journey through the company’s renowned early careers programme.
Dr. Karen Lange, Bentley’s Member of the Board for Human Resources, shared her enthusiasm for the future.
“As we embrace electrification and redefine what luxury means in the automotive world, we are searching for exceptional talent to join us on this exciting path,” she said. “Bentley is committed to providing extensive support, training, and inspiration to help our recruits shape their careers and contribute to the company’s ambitious future.”
The 2025 intake includes 26 Apprenticeship positions (lasting three to four years), 20 two-year Graduate roles, and 104 12-month Industrial Placements.
Anish Partab, a member of the 2024 cohort currently undertaking a Vehicle Motion Industrial Placement, expressed his excitement about joining Bentley: “I am thrilled to be part of Bentley as it drives towards electrification. With my degree in Robotics, I look forward to contributing to innovative projects and learning from industry experts.”
Bentley’s dedication to colleague wellbeing has once again been recognised, as it maintains its status as a Top Employer for the 13th consecutive year, making it the only UK car manufacturer to achieve this distinction. Its careers programme is no doubt helping it keep its spot.
